                     The shock of my life.        07/12/09 - Present

This Corporation (our building), for years, has generated close to $100,000.00 in Rent and other revenue making activities annualy.  Yet, a Financial Report was produced today that show a Bank Balance of $11,687.34. and a line of Credit taken out for $25,00.00 of which $16,00.00 is owed.

My Brothers and Sisters! Our building has no mortgage; only R/E Taxes, NYC Water / Sewage Charges, Utilities and General Maintenance.   So:-
